Cheap Auto Parts Are the Most Expensive Choice: What Emergency Orders Taught Me About Quality

I think the auto parts industry has the pricing equation backwards. Most buyers compare invoice prices. I compare the cost of being wrong. We do promise to make it right without making the customer repeat the same story three times.
